The presentation will be given from an "owner" of SME point of view, and not from an "accountant/financial management". The main objective of this presentation is to give participants some ideas on:

Then we will go into some specific topics for foreign owned (including joint venture) companies in China on the financial structure set up like:

Through these specific topics, Priscilla Hageman will give some suggestions, recommendations and solutions.
Priscilla Hageman
Priscilla Hageman started her career as a manager for Credit & Trade Finance departments in the Netherlands in 1974 and in the very early 80's, she joined HSBC.
In 1986, after intensive training at the head office in HK and various offices in China, she was assigned to become a Manager for China Department as well, offering consultancy services to the bank's customers for their business in China. At the end of 1989, she was promoted to Manager of Amsterdam branch.
In 1990 with her husband she teamed up with one of the largest groups in China, which was owned by one of the ministries, to form a joint venture called Da Tong. In 1994, for the better development of their business, they decided to move to Beijing permanently and since 1998, they have become the sole owners of Da Tong Holland China International Trade Co. Ltd.
